2.1 Service Provision: The information that Intrepid Managed Discovery is provided with by our clients is used exclusively for delivering eDiscovery services. 2.2 Legal Compliance: Intrepid Managed Discovery will utilize client information to comply with court orders that are issued in connection with legal proceedings.

3.1 Storage: Personal information and case-related data are stored on secure, protected servers that are housed within ISO 27001 certified facilities or fully encrypted devices.

4.1 Confidentiality: Client information is not disclosed to third parties, except as necessary, in order to provide contracted services or as mandated by law. Intrepid Managed Discovery will notify our client, in writing, should a third party need to be engaged. All third parties are required to sign an NDA prior to beginning work for an Intrepid client.
4.2 Third-Party Service Providers: Intrepid Managed Discovery may employ third-party service providers who will have access to personal information solely for performing tasks on our behalf. Third party service providers are bound to maintain confidentiality and use industry standard security tools.

Access and Control 5.1 Client Access: Clients of Intrepid Managed Discovery can request access to their personal information and may ask for corrections or deletion by sending an email to compliance@intrepidmanageddiscovery.com. 5.2 Opt-Out: Clients can choose to opt out of any non-essential communications or data collection practices by sending an email to compliance@intrepidmanageddiscovery.com.
