We’re excited to deliver a new and improved Redact workflow to your RelativityOne instance next month.
With façade redactions, the process to mark up and produce native documents is easier than ever with fewer clicks and reduced risk of accidentally sending un-redacted natives to opposing counsel. Plus, we anticipate this will reduce the time reviewers and project administrators spend redacting and producing documents by up to 50%.
Other benefits of façade redactions include:
- Eliminate the need to run a Redact Production Preparation project for native files
- Marked up natives are no longer in a ‘locked state’ for production
- Toggle markup transparency on/off within the native file viewer
- No longer need to ‘reconvert’ every time a native spreadsheet is marked up
If you currently use Redact to markup native files, your workflow will change with the release of façade redactions as part of our January Monthly Product Release. To get you prepared for the change, we’ve put together a quick demo video. Note: You must be logged in to the Relativity Community site to watch this video.
To learn more about the façade redact workflow directly from our product experts, we’d like to invite you to our December 18 webinar at 2:00 p.m. CST covering all things façade redactions. Register here.
Façade redactions will be available in the January release, please be on the lookout for a reminder in our release communications.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Support.
Thanks,
The Relativity Team
